How many KG the Udhiyah/Qurbani (Weight): The average net weight range around 19kg(+/_ 1kg) however if net weight is less then 18kg proper refund will be applied.
When I should make the payment: Adahi season and payment start from the beginning of Shawal and the last day for payment is the 8th Dhu Al Hijjah.
When my Udhiya/Qurbani delivered to me: delivery will take place on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th day of Eid usually we start with big cities in Britain (London, Birmingham and Manchester). However, Adahi will be slaughtered after the Adha Eid Pray until the sunset of 4th day of Eid.
Authenticity: All customers will be receivening video (if needed)for the Udhihyah/Qurbani with the name of the customer, net wight and delivery address.
All lambs are in compliance with Sharia Standards for age and sepcification where it should have no any flaw.
Where the Slaughter will take place: all sacrifices take place in Ireland or UK and delivered according to highest standards.
When the sacrifice conducted: For Udhhiyah/Qurbani it is slaughtered after Al Adha Eid Pray and throug the Eid Days (Day of Nahir and three days of Tashreeq).
What are the main types of Udhhiyah/Qurbani: Currently only Lamb(Sheep) Udhhiyah/Qurbani is available.
Cancelling & Refund: Canceling your Udhhiyah order can be refunded within 2 weeks after placing the order (receiving 1st payment for installment), however this will be applied only for orders placed in month of Shawal. All orders received after Month of Shawal up to 20th of Dhu Alqidah can be cancelled and refunded within 3 days. Orders received after 20th of Dhu Alqida are not refundable.
Installment: Two payment installment option is available for all orders place prior to 20th of Dhu Al Qidaa. However 2nd payment should be paid before Dhu Al Hijjah latest if 2nd installment not received accordingly then cancellation policy will be applied as in clause number 9 & 11.
All Udhiyah/Qurbani Season (Eid) Orders received between 20th of Dhu Alqidah and 8th of Dhu Alhijjah can’t be cancelled or refunded and Udhhiyah/Qurbani will be delivered insha ALLAH accordingly. However for installment if 1st payment was received and 2nd payment not received before 1st Dhu Al-Hijjah there will be no refund and Udhhiyah/Qurbani will not be delivered.
Prices offered by Adahi.uk platform are guaranteed not to be changed unless under exceptional circumstances and in case of sudden surge of prices then prices will be amended based on new prices and refund option will be given to customers. However in this case notification to all customers will be sent at least one week prior to Eid Al Adha.
